Can I get a refund on my order?

No worries, after having placed an order, you have seven (7) calendar days to request a refund.

Please allow us at least thirty (30) calendar days from contacting us to process your refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Warranty

Shrooly Inc. warrants that all products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt by the original purchaser. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or other causes that are not defects in material or workmanship.

Exclusions:
Pods and other consumable components are excluded from this warranty and are sold on a final sale basis. They are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must contact Shrooly Inc. within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. Shrooly Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at its sole discretion.
