Can I get a refund on my pre-order deposit?

Currently, we don't offer refunds on pre-order deposits.
Placing a deposit now secures the current product price. You can pay the remaining amount at the original price when we launch. 

Can I get a refund on my pre-order?

No worries, after having placed a pre-order, you have three (3) calendar days to request a refund.

Please allow us at least thirty (30) calendar days from contacting us to process your refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
