April Update

As another month has come to an end, it's time for us to share what we have been working on tirelessly. Welcome back! First and foremost, we would like to express our gratitude for your patience. We recognize how challenging it can be to wait for the launch date, and we fully understand your eagerness to have your Shrooly in a timely manner. Our whole team is putting in hard efforts to make it happen in the shortest amount of time, while still guaranteeing the quality you expect from us and the standards that we keep ourselves up to.


We're thrilled to share with you that over the past month, a remarkable number of units that use the same methods as the final product going into mass production worked non-stop in extreme conditions, and we’re happy to tell you that everything’s happened to our standards. These operations require a significant amount of time and energy investment, but we believe they're an essential and critical part of the process to provide you with the best possible products.


We understand that time is valuable, and we want to assure you that the time and energy we've invested in all of these operations will pay off not just in the short term but also in the long run. We're pleased to announce that Shrooly is now in the last phase of finalizing its readiness for mass production, and only minor refinements are necessary before it's ready to hit the market.


Our team is thrilled to share news about the expansion of the beta Shrooly program. This means that we will be sending out beta Shroolys to additional users, which will give us the opportunity to collect even more firsthand feedback from real end users. The feedback we receive from users who will be receiving the beta Shroolys is super important because it helps us collect genuine reviews. We'll also be sure to pass on this feedback to you, so that you can see that Shrooly is a project worth supporting and a product that you'll genuinely enjoy using on a daily basis. These reviews will also give us a better understanding of what users need from the mobile app, as it should be just as seamless and user-friendly as Shrooly itself.


We're delighted to see that the demand for Shrooly is still increasing rapidly, which is a really pleasant surprise but also an unforeseen tendency. Scaling up production to meet a larger demand requires highly complex technology, which can be challenging to develop, but we have the rightly skilled engineers in our team who have experience dealing with these challenges. We're aware that a higher volume of orders comes with greater responsibility, so our goal remains unchanged, which is no less than to exceed your expectations.


It's fascinating to see how the different tracks come together with what we’ve been working on for months in the background and how everything aligns harmoniously to create a perfect end result. We underwent significant internal development in the past month, including the expansion and reorganization of various teams, such as the mobile app development team and the customer support team.


The expansion of the support team is an important step as the launch date of Shrooly approaches, ensuring that we provide a superior customer experience in all areas. To ensure that the support team can provide accurate and first-hand information based on personal experience for any questions that may arise when the first orders are shipped, this team is also actively involved in the testing process.
